Sramajibi-O-Dustha Kallayan Sangstha (SDKS) initially started its intervention in 1998 in few villages under Bera Upazila of Pabna district. Day by day its working area is expanding. At present SDKS has been working 12 unions under Bera upazila, 03 unions under shanthia upazila, 03 unions under Sahjadpur upazila, 02 unions under atgoria Upazaiil and Iswordi Powrashava of Pabna and Sirajgomg district respectively.
